Hi Lynda,
sorry for the delay, but in summer I don't blog so intensely...if you'd like to try, see if you can't make it this Monday. If you want to keep at it, we're off for Labor Day, then have 3 classes left, we can prorate the fee. Next set begins Oct 4. Call if you need info. 860 455 0353

Hi Laddie!
In July, I spoke with you about attending your Chaplin classes. (I live on Tower Hill Road). I was unable to make it to your classes due to the craziness of summer break. (travel, out-of-town guests etc.) I'd like to give the class a try, but I realize that it's already half over. Are you planning to start up a new class anytime soon? I'm a yoga instructor and I have taken Tai Chi Easy with Roger Jahnke this summer, so if you think I could still "catch up" with the existing class, I'm willing to give that a try as well. Please let me know. Thanks. -Lynda

As a weight lifter I never thought about Tai Chi. But a friend insisted that I give it try. I went to a class with him and was hooked. It wasn't during my first Tai Chi class that I saw immidiate benefits. But after I noticed a stark increase in my focus while lifting. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the article and give my two cents.

Am total beginner, but senior. My rheumatologist recommended tai chi as I have just gone into remission with polymyalgia rheumatica.

I live in Chestfield CT5 3JZ and am mobile. Can you help please?
